Ingredients:
For the decoration
60 g dark chocolate
Dark chocolate sprinkles
Yellow chocolate candy
Black cardboard for ears
A cardboard straw
For Minnie-Pizza
1 pizza dough
250 g of tomato pulp
A pinch of salt
A pinch of oregano
2 teaspoons of olive oil
100 g of mozzarella cheese (for cooking)
For the Mickey’s Mocktail (doses for each glass served)
Ice cubes
6 cl of orange juice
6 cl of tonic
2 teaspoons of grenadine
Preparation:
Minnie-Pizza
Preheat your oven to 200°C. In a bowl, mix the tomato sauce with oregano, salt and oil and set aside.
Cut the kitchen special mozzarella cheese into thin slices, then cut into small slices with a cookie cutter.
Unroll the pizza dough on the work surface and with a cookie cutter (or with a knife and the template provided) form the base of your Minnie Pizza.
Place them on a baking sheet covered with parchment paper. Top with tomato sauce and mozzarella slices.
Bake in the oven for 20 minutes and serve the Minnie Pizza while still warm.
Mickey Mocktail
While the Minnie-Pizza is cooking, it’s time to prepare your Mocktail!
We start with the decoration. Melt the dark chocolate and dip the edges of the glass in it. Repeat the operation by dipping the glass in the vermicelli and let it freeze in the fridge for 10 minutes.
Prepare the ears by cutting them out of black cardboard (you can download the pattern here).
Put the ice cubes at the bottom of the decorated glass, then pour 6 cl of orange juice.
Mix 6 cl of tonic with 2 teaspoons of grenadine syrup and gently pour the mixture into the glass with the orange juice.
Finish your Mocktail by adding two yellow chocolate candies as buttons, fixing them on the glass with the melted chocolate from the decoration step, and install the two pre-cut ears.
