ED92.org is a multi-platform media of information specialized on Disneyland Paris – Member of the InsidEars 2021 Official Ambassador Program. It is a site where you can find content around the Disney universe. The ED92.org forum is a tool of exchange to meet the need and desire to share its passions with other contributors and enthusiasts. Article 2 : Purpose
ED92 offers you a community platform as well as applications accessible through application stores dedicated to the Disney universe “Service”. These general conditions of use “GTU” define the conditions under which “you” or “the user” can browse the site and use the services offered. Browsing the site automatically implies acceptance of these “GTU” with the exception of the “Registered Members” section which is explicitly validated when a “User” registers as a “Registered Member”.
Article 3: Intellectual property of the contents diffused
Access to the services does not allow the Users of the site and the applications to obtain advantages or rights on the elements of the site. The site and the applications are, unless otherwise stated, the exclusive property of ED92.org, notably the texts, information, photos, animations, data, podcasts, radio and videos broadcast. We, the Site and the Applications, remind you that no use of the Elements outside of the Services offered by ED92.org may be made by Users, except with the prior written consent of ED92.org or their respective owners and in particular the copying, reproduction, representation, modification, translation, creation of Products and/or derived Services, distribution or any other exploitation not in conformity with the purpose of the Service represented in Article 2: “Purpose” (sanctioned by Articles L.335-2 and following of the Code of Intellectual Property).
Article 4: Guarantees and responsibilities of the parties
4.1. The use of the Services proposed by ED92 is optimized for certain browsers such as Firefox, Safari and Google Chrome as well as for application platforms such as Google Play Store and AppStore. We are not responsible for any connection problems encountered.
4.2. Any costs for connection and hardware or software equipment shall be borne exclusively by the User.
4.3. The Services cannot guarantee uninterrupted operation. ED92.org cannot be held responsible for the unavailability or malfunctioning of the Services and also for the maintenance of the Site and the Applications. If you notice a gap, error or what appears to be a malfunction, please report it by email to tech@ed92.org, describing the problem as precisely as possible (page causing the problem, type of computer and smartphones, and browser used, …).
4.4. The information, of any nature whatsoever, comes from sources deemed reliable or from registered Members. ED92.org Services cannot guarantee the accuracy or relevance of the Information published on these Services. Consequently, ED92 cannot be held responsible for the use and actions taken on the basis of the Information. The User is solely responsible for the use of the Information made available on the Site and the Applications, under the conditions referred to in Article 3 and in this Article 4.
4.5. The User is responsible for the configuration of his computer equipment which must be in accordance with the specifications of the Site and its Services. ED92.org will not be responsible for any loss or indirect damage resulting from the use of the Site and its Services.
4.6. The Services can propose hypertext links to third party sites (YouTube, for example). These links to third-party sites are offered under the sole responsibility of their publishers and advertisers. The Services are not responsible for the content of third party sites. ED92.org declines all responsibility for hypertext links and content of any kind put online on these Services by registered members or their respective owners. ED92.org reserves the right to accept or refuse a hypertext link without having to justify its decision.
Article 5 : Protection of privacy
In accordance with the law 78-17 of January 6, 1978 (modified by the law 2004-801 of August 6, 2004 relating to the protection of individuals with regard to the processing of personal data) relating to data processing, files and freedoms, the Site and the Applications have not been the subject of a declaration to the National Commission for Data Processing and Freedoms (www.cnil.fr) and comply with the rules of protection of personal data.

Article 6 : Registered members
The registered Member acknowledges having taken note of the security measures put in place on the ED92.org website. The registered Member is solely responsible for the aforementioned information with regard to ED92.org and third parties. Consequently, the registered Member guarantees ED92.org against any claim or action by a third party based on this information and will indemnify ED92.org for any consequences or any sentence pronounced for the benefit of said third parties against ED92.org by an enforceable court decision.
The User and the Registered Member agree, both, not to pursue illegal objectives (dissemination of spam, viruses, illicit content, malicious, infringing on third parties or their rights, to proliferate threats and insults against the ED92.org organization in order to impede its operation). The Registered Member is solely responsible for the conservation, security and integrity of the Access Codes and undertakes to inform ED92.org of any loss or misuse of the Access Codes, as soon as possible and by any means.
The registered Member identifies himself with his own identifiers and passwords chosen by him.
The registered Member, active in ED92, cannot participate in the contests offered.
ED92.org reserves the right to suspend access to the Service in case of legitimate suspicion of fraudulent use or attempted fraudulent use of the Service, contrary to the law, morality and these TOS.
Each Registered Member is required to respect the regulatory provisions of French law in force. In any case, ED92.org reserves the right to remove, spontaneously or at the request of a third party, any content put online by a Registered Member that has been brought to its attention, notably, but not limited to, the following cases
- harmful, threatening, abusive, harassing, vulgar, obscene, threatening to the privacy of others, hateful, racist, anti-Semitic, xenophobic, revisionist, negationist, abusive, defamatory, glorifying war crimes and crimes against humanity, denigrating, violating the privacy of others, or otherwise objectionable content
- infringement of a person’s rights, in particular through the dissemination of photographic or video montages;
- dissemination of violent and/or pornographic content, in particular, but not limited to, through representations of a minor or a person with the physical appearance of a minor;
- provocation to suicide or incitement to commit an offence;
- Dissemination of false news, false rumors, unauthorized polls and mock votes, or any message that mentions or incites cruelty to animals;
- undermining the authority of justice, court proceedings or the presumption of innocence;
- transmission of any message whose content the Registered Member is not authorized to disseminate, including, but not limited to, inside information, privileged information, confidential information or information whose dissemination would violate the rights of third parties, including intellectual property rights or image rights;
- transmission of promotional messages not authorized by these GTU.
Any Registered Member who is aware of illicit content or remarks on the Services must declare it without delay to ED92.org, using the form made available on the Site. In accordance with article 6 paragraph 7 of Law n° 2004-575 of 21 June 2004 “for confidence in the digital economy”, ED92.org has set up a system that is easily accessible and visible to all, allowing Users of the Service to bring to its attention, via an “abuse report”, any obviously illicit Content.
Article 7 : Personal data
In general, you are not required to provide us with your personal data when you visit our website www.ed92.org.
However, this principle includes certain exceptions. Indeed, for certain services offered by our site, you can be brought to communicate us certain data such as: your name, your first name, your electronic address. This is the case when you fill in the form that is offered online, in the “contact” section. In all cases, you can refuse to provide your personal data. In this case, you will not be able to use the services of the site, in particular that of requesting information on our company, or to receive the newsletters.
Finally, we may automatically collect certain information about you when you browse our website, including: information about your use of our site, such as the areas you visit and the services you access, your IP address, your browser type, and your access times. Such information is used exclusively for internal statistical purposes, in order to improve the quality of the services offered to you. The databases are protected by the provisions of the law of July 1, 1998 transposing the directive 96/9 of March 11, 1996 on the legal protection of databases.
Article 8 : Information on cookies
The ED92.org website may ask you to accept cookies for statistical and display purposes. A cookie is a piece of information deposited on your hard disk by the server of the site you are visiting.
