Some accounts claiming to select winners for one of our competitions frequently appear, accompanied by a website that is also fraudulent.

Please note that our social networks are completely public and you will never be asked to subscribe to access their content.

Conditions of the free competition organised by the ED92 association

1. Organiser : The competition is organised by the ED92 association (hereafter ‘the Organiser’).

2. Participation: This competition is free and open to all adults or minors with parental authorisation. Participation is limited to one per person.

3. Terms and conditions: The competition is broadcast on Facebook, TikTok, Instagram, X. To take part, participants must comply with the conditions detailed above for each network. Any incomplete or fraudulent entries will be cancelled.

4. Duration: The competition runs from Sunday, December 8, 2024, at 12:00 PM to Wednesday, December 11, 2024, at 8:00 PM.

5. Prizes: The prizes to be won are specified above and for each social network. Prizes are neither exchangeable nor refundable.

6. Results: The winner(s) will be drawn at random from among the entrants who meet all the competition conditions. They will be announced on the Thursday following the end of the competition and the winners will be contacted by email or private message depending on the social network on which they took part.

7. Liability: This competition is in no way sponsored, managed or associated with Facebook, TikTok, Instagram or X. The Organiser releases Facebook, TikTok, Instagram, and X from any liability related to this competition. The Organiser cannot be held responsible if it is impossible to contact a winner or if there are technical problems.
